OM: Lopez’s warning

Winner against Stade Rennais (1-0) on Friday in the round of 16 of the Coupe de France, Olympique de Marseille won an 8th consecutive victory and seems unstoppable at the moment. A good period appreciated by Marseille goalkeeper Pau Lopez (28 years old, 23 matches in all competitions this season), who is still cautious.

« We knew it would be a difficult match against a team that is playing very well. We are happy, we did what the coach asked of us. We are happy for the fans, it’s a competition that we really like. We let’s press a lot, we play in the style of Igor (Tudor), we make people happy, we have the possibility of doing great things this season, we will see the draw, we feel good but everything can change very quickly, we saw it during the first part of the season”, warned the Spaniard in relays offered by La Provence.

At the start of the season, OM had lined up 7 wins and 2 draws in their first nine league matches before suffering 3 consecutive defeats against AC Ajaccio (1-2), Paris Saint-Germain (0- 1 ) and Goal (0-1).
