Report: Omar Marmoush switch from VfL Wolfsburg to Eintracht Frankfurt corrected
Not really news worth mentioning. In fact exactly the same as 2 months ago. But he can slowly make it public, maybe he will play better again.
It’s a shame for a player from his own U23s, but it’s good that he held on and didn’t meet his exaggerated demands. Because it’s not worth it.
Well, the fact that he passed his medical is something new and as far as I know nothing was known about the duration of the contract. Therefore, the article has some informational value from my point of view.
Regardless of that, I don’t see Marmoush as a big loss for Wolfsburg. Definitely a decent player, but not one I feel the really big burst of performance is going to come back with. Admittedly a decent move for Frankfurt on a free transfer, but is that enough for a regular spot? I’m still skeptical about this.
